Excellent staff, better-than-average breakfast, varied breakfast selections, private parking, large immaculately-maintained pool.
Nothing could have been better.

The hotel is situated in a picturesque village in Tuscany, known for its beautiful quiet surroundings and traditional charm. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioners. the staff provides outstanding service, offering helpful assistance and maintaining a friendly atmosphere. the continental breakfast is adequate, with options like scrambled eggs and bacon. the hotel offers facilities such as a swimming pool and a library to enjoy.
The elevator in the hotel is small and old, making it less convenient to use.

Lovely large light and airy rooms, which were very clean. The staff were very helpful, especially the general manager Antonio, who could not do enough for us. He was very informative with regards to travel information and bus times etc. I was a part of a large wedding party and they catered for all children, young and mature. Breakfast was lovely. The price for soft drinks in the mini bar was very reasonable compared to what you paid outside of the hotel. I liked the small market they had on either Tuesday or Wednesday evening. Casciana Terme is a beautiful little quaint friendly village/town. The spa facilities was very good. Would definitely go back as a family.
More improvements not dislike. They could provide lunch/snacks such as a nice salad, panni, fries, crisps. Did provide peanuts. Taxi is expensive from airport. Either book with hotel as much cheaper or travel to hotel via train. One stop to Pisca Central, change platform go to Pondetera and from there get a bus to Casciana Terme. Cost is about 7 euros each

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast was better than average and they made a concerted effort to vary the selections each day. We also appreciated the fact that parking was provided at no extra cost. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a large, immaculately maintained pool. The location was central to everything, making it convenient to explore the village center and the beautiful, quiet surroundings. we were highly impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, parking, location, breakfast.
Nothing, it is perfect.

Spacious rooms and bath rooms, even so the classic rooms are a bit simple; very beautiful main building; villa has a nice park, the swimming pool and the pool area is clean and in good conditions; minibar pricelist is very guest-friendly; city center with restaurants and cafes is within walking distance; private car parking; during breakfast you get all coffee-variations at the bar for free; new wellness center (treatments are not cheap)
Not enough deck chairs; towels for the pool costs 2Euro; service at the pool is unsufficient

This hotel provided great holiday experiences during the Christmas season. the first thing I loved was the cozy atmosphere and warm decor, which made me feel at home. Another thing I enjoyed was the variety of delicious breakfast options that were offered each morning. the location was also perfect, being close to public transport and within walking distance of restaurants and shops.
Although the hotel was great, the only negative aspect was that there were limited options for lunch and dinner. This was not a huge issue as there were many nearby restaurants, but it would have been nice to have more dining options within the hotel.

It was in a lovely spot, the staff would do anything for you. We were a large group, staying for a weddding. The staff were so helpful and really try to make things good for you. Antonio the general Manager was great. We were a large group with children and sure we were quite a shock to the system, but they made us all feel so welcome. Old and young. It is in the most lovely little village/town. I could go on and on. It was a lovely older Hotel, that felt small, but is actually quite big. Breakfast was great - It was a lovely place to stay.

Everything, in particular the manager Antonio and his staff. They were nothing short of excellent, nothing was too much trouble and there were no language barriers. The hotel was light and airy with wonderful facilities. The Spa was excellent. Nice pool and good continental breakfast, which included bacon and eggs! Better than other hotels in the vicinity according to patrons staying in those hotels. I heartily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Casciana de Terme

Christmas at this hotel was amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved the holiday decorations. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions, and the hotel even offered a shuttle service. The highlight of our stay was the Christmas dinner - the food was delicious and the atmosphere was festive. We also enjoyed the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby.
While the majority of our stay was excellent, there were a couple of minor issues. The Wi-Fi signal in our room was weak and unreliable at times, which was a bit frustrating.

Excellent managment, very accommodating, because we were a very big group the staff were patience, helpful and polite. The spa treatment that I done was excellent-great facillitates.
There should have been the standard items in the rooms eg. kettle & tea/coffee facilities.Irons & iron boards. These were not available in the rooms.A room was set up for the only iron & board to be place.
